Ryan Waller

Ryan Waller has an extensive work experience in IT and business solutions. Ryan began their career as a Software Developer and Business Systems Analyst at Michael Baker International from 1999 to 2003. Ryan then joined the Federal Emergency Management Agency as a Prototype Development Manager and Enterprise Architect from 2003 to 2004.

After that, Ryan worked as a Program Manager at Michael Baker International from 2004 to 2008, where they successfully corrected underperforming national programs and delivered software products within budget and schedule.

Ryan then joined Transfield Services and served as a Solutions General Manager from 2008 to 2011, overseeing the transformation of several acquisitions and joint ventures to create a solutions roadmap and system strategy for North America. Ryan also worked as a Business Transformation Lead, responsible for the replacement of legacy systems with SAP.

Ryan continued to excel in their career at BP, where they held various roles such as Global Operations IT Project Manager and Business Information Manager - Projects & Engineering. In these roles, they led technology projects focused on delivering different ways of working and ensuring compliance with IT strategy and standards.

Most recently, Ryan worked at Arctic Slope Regional Corporation as the Director of IT Business Solutions, where they acted as the primary liaison between the CIO, board members, business leaders, and IT for various business solutions. Ryan developed strategies, roadmaps, and project delivery plans to support shareholder development and growth.

Ryan Waller earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration & Computer Science from Colby College, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Shattuck St. Mary's for high school from 1993 to 1995. Ryan also holds a certification in Project Management (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
