Cindy Baldwin, PMP, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cindy began their career as a Youth Development Specialist/Acting Coordinator at Tanana Chiefs Conference, where they coordinated work readiness workshops for youth participants and managed budgets. Cindy then worked as a Registrar at Everest College, advising students and preparing reports.

Cindy then joined Access Alaska as an Independent Living Specialist, providing case management, support, and advocacy services to individuals with disabilities. Cindy later became a Financial Aid Advisor at the University of Alaska, counseling students on financial aid applications and reviewing applications for accuracy.

Continuing their career in higher education, Cindy served as an SNRE HR Specialist at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, conducting audits and coordinating recruitment processes. Cindy then moved on to Alaska Career College as the Director of Financial Aid, managing the Financial Aid Department and ensuring timely processing of student funds.

In 2016, Cindy took on a self-employed role as a Book Author, writing the Sarah's Days series, aimed at promoting early child literacy and family bonds. Cindy also worked part-time as a Project Director at Calista Corporation, administering a grant and facilitating activities related to Alaska Native Education.

Cindy joined the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) in 2018, first as a Senior Program Manager, where they developed project scopes, estimated costs, and coordinated with project and construction managers. Later, they became a Senior Project Manager, overseeing complex Energy, Sewer, and Water projects and ensuring timely completion.

Currently, Cindy is employed as a Project Manager at Arctic Slope Telephone Association Cooperative (ASTAC), responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating specific projects to align with company strategy. Cindy manages multiple projects concurrently, collects business metrics, and delivers reports.

Throughout their career, Cindy has demonstrated strong project management skills, a commitment to meeting deadlines, and a focus on achieving organizational goals. Their education includes a PMP certification and an MBA degree.

Cindy Baldwin completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Capital Markets from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where they attended from 2010 until 2016. In 2019, they earned a Provisional Certificate in Water Treatment Level One from the Indian Health Service Environmental Support Center. Additionally, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2021.
