Rick Bell

Rick Bell is the General Manager at Arctic Snow and Ice Control since April 2008. Prior to that, Rick served as an Area Manager at AT&T from March 2000 to March 2008. Rick holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Colorado Technical University. Rick manages day to day operations, HR, insurance aspects, technology, purchasing, and hiring at Arctic Snow and Ice Control, overseeing operations for over 200 clients each winter season. At AT&T, Rick managed all operations for the Central Office environment and employee matters for over 215 employees.
