Simon Just Grandorf serves as a Supply Chain Manager for Master Planning (Capacity Efficiency) at Coop i Danmark since October 2021, overseeing a newly established team responsible for capacity management and long-term planning. Prior to this role, Simon worked at Toms Gruppen A/S from March 2015 to October 2021, contributing as a Supply Chain Analyst and as part of various transformation and planning teams. Educationally, Simon holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing and Management from the Technical University of Denmark, complemented by a background in masonry and military service with the Royal Danish Navy.
