Mikhail Slavkov has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mikhail currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Strategy and Research at Arctic Ventures Investment Fund, where they are responsible for selecting and investing in late-stage and pre-IPO companies in the US and Asia. Mikhail manages a portfolio of $200M. Prior to this, Mikhail worked as a Director at National Bank TRUST from 2018 to 2020. Mikhail was also the Head of Restructuring Practice at BGP Litigation from 2015 to 2018. Mikhail gained expertise in private equity as a Senior Investment Manager at RUSNANO from 2010 to 2014. Mikhail started their career as an Associate Director in Investment Banking and M&A Advisory at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 2007 to 2009.
Mikhail Slavkov completed their pre-MBA studies at The American Institute of Business and Economics in 2004. Between 2004 and 2006, they pursued an MBA degree in Corporate Finance & Strategy at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1996, they attended the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) and achieved a degree in Economics & Investments.
