Brian Boon

Brian Boon has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Brian is currently employed at Arctic Wolf as a Senior Principal Architect. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft for over two decades. During their time at Microsoft, they held various roles, including Lead Principal Engineering Architect, Lead Principle Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, and Senior Software Development Engineer in Test Manager. Brian was involved in developing and modernizing the data ingestion platform and services in the Developer Division. Brian also had management responsibilities, leading teams of engineers and providing feedback and guidance to individuals and managers. Brian fostered partnerships across divisions to align data ingestion strategies within Microsoft. Their tenure at Microsoft showcased their technical expertise and leadership skills.

Brian Boon has a Masters of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" from Coursera in 2014.
