Cate Pumper has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with roles at companies such as Arctic Wolf, Allina Health, and MediaBeacon. Prior to their recruitment career, Cate also worked in human resources and communication management. Cate started their career as a bartender and sales associate before obtaining a degree in Kinesiology at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
