Chris Mandseth

Chris Mandseth has extensive work experience in various roles related to data analytics and HR. Chris currently works as a Lead Analyst, People Analytics at Arctic Wolf. Prior to that, they worked at ENMAX, where they held several positions including HR Data and Analytics Specialist, EHS Analyst, Leadership Development Administrator, Field Resource Development Administrator, and Customer Service Representative. In their roles at ENMAX, they developed people analytics, business intelligence, and strategic benchmarking, and played a key role in data flow, modeling, report writing, and HR data standards and practices. Chris also gained experience in data mining, data modeling, statistical analysis, and trending and benchmarking. Additionally, Chris has experience as a Digital Media Artist, where they exhibited interactive and collaborative projects and developed a passion for teaching and leadership.

Chris Mandseth has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Digital Media from the University of Calgary, which was completed in 2011. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained a Business Analysis Certificate from the same university. Furthermore, in 2016, they earned a Data Analysis Certificate from General Assembly. In terms of additional certifications, Chris obtained a Workday Pro Reporting certification from Workday in 2019 and is also expected to obtain a Workday Pro Security certification in 2023.
