Jane Okerman

Jane Okerman is a seasoned professional in human resources and people technology, currently serving as the Lead People Technology Analyst at Arctic Wolf since February 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Deluxe Corporation, where Jane excelled as a Human Resources Information System Analyst, implementing systems solutions and an LMS module in Workday while transitioning a large volume of employees during a major acquisition. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior HR Assistant and HR Assistant, with a focus on efficient recruitment and onboarding processes. Jane also contributed to educational programs while facilitating experiences for American study abroad students in Thailand. Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Minnesota.
