Jill Putman

Jill Putman is an experienced business executive who has held positions of increasing responsibility in the software and technology industries. Jill is currently an independent director at Arctic Wolf Networks.

Previously, Jill served as a board member at Queen's Gambit Growth Capital, where they managed SEC reporting, internal financial and operating reporting, budgeting and forecasting, general accounting, treasury, corporate tax, financial planning and analysis, and payroll. Jill also evaluated acquisition targets and divestiture opportunities, resulting in four acquisitions and two divestitures in five years.

Jill has a proven track record of successful financial management and operational leadership. Jill has taken companies from negative operating margins to positive cash flow, and has implemented complex regulations governing revenue recognition in the software industry. Jill is skilled in setting quarterly earnings guidance and preparing earnings releases, and has experience working with the investment community, worldwide employees, and Board of Directors.

Jill holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Illinois.

Jill Putman has a MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Psychology from Luther College. Jill also has a master of business administration from Orion High School.
