Joel Heine

Joel Heine has extensive experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Joel currently holds the position of Director of Recruiting at Arctic Wolf, where they have been since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager, Manager, and Lead Recruiter at Arctic Wolf from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining Arctic Wolf, Heine worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Sleep Number Corporation in 2019 and as an Interim Manager of Recruiting at SPS Commerce from 2018 to 2018. Joel also served as a Recruitment Manager at Versique Search & Consulting from 2017 to 2018 and as a Manager of Business Development at American Express from 2016 to 2017.

Additionally, Heine has experience as a Manager of Recruiting at SPS Commerce from 2014 to 2016 and as a Lead Recruiter at Insight Global from 2012 to 2014. Joel began their career as a Business Analyst at Target from 2010 to 2012.

Joel Heine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
