Courtney Winters possesses extensive experience in people operations and recruiting, with a progressive career spanning from 2013 to 2024. At Spekit, Courtney held the roles of Senior Director and Director of People & Recruiting, along with Manager of People Operations, overseeing talent acquisition and HR strategies. Prior experience at Dialpad involved serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition & Programs and HR Business Partner for multiple departments, including Engineering and Marketing. Courtney also worked at BlueJeans by Verizon as Recruiting Lead, handling full-lifecycle recruitment for diverse roles, and began a career in recruitment at ADVANTIS Global Inc. as a Recruiter.
