Lisa Tetrault

Lisa Tetrault has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and technology. Lisa is currently the Vice President of Global Security Operations at Arctic Wolf, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Global Security Operations at Arctic Wolf from May 2021 to November 2022. Before joining Arctic Wolf, Lisa held the position of Director of Security Operations at the same company from April 2018 to November 2022.

In addition to their work at Arctic Wolf, Lisa has also been involved with Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) Ontario Affiliate, where they currently serve as the Membership Chair since October 2022.

Prior to their time at Arctic Wolf and WiCyS, Lisa worked at Sandvine from August 2012 to April 2018, where they held the roles of AVP of Professional Services Delivery and AVP of Customer Support. Lisa also worked at Research In Motion (now BlackBerry) from July 2008 to August 2012, serving as the Global Manager of BlackBerry Data Network Operations and as a Team Lead.

Lisa's early career includes roles at IBM Global Services as a Team Lead of Data Network Service Delivery and Network Analyst from 2003 to 2008, as well as a Network Technician at TD Canada Trust from 2001 to 2003 and a UNIX technician at Canada Trust from 1999 to 2000.

Lisa Tetrault attended Western University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science with a Software Engineering Specialization. Additionally, they have a Sales & Marketing Diploma from the University of Waterloo, the obtained month and year of which is not specified.
