Manju Shrestha

Manju Shrestha is an experienced software engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Arctic Wolf since February 2025. Prior to this role, Manju held the position of Director of Software Engineering in the Cyber Security Business Unit at BlackBerry from August 2022 to January 2025. With a long tenure at McAfee from November 2005 to July 2022, Manju advanced through various roles, including Director, Senior Manager, and Team Lead. Earlier experience includes working as a Software Documentation Specialist at Oracle, Tumbleweed, Novell, and SysArris from March 2000 to October 2005, focusing on supply chain management and secure file transfer applications. Manju began a career at NIIT Limited as an intern in 1999. Educational qualifications include the INSEAD Leadership Program for Senior Executives completed in 2023, a GNIIT from NIIT (1996-2000), and a B.Sc. from Bangalore University (1996-1999).
