Chaitanya Saragadam

Chaitanya Saragadam has extensive experience in software engineering and management, with key roles at ServiceNow from January 2017 to August 2022, including Director of Software Engineering and Senior Development Manager. Prior to ServiceNow, Chaitanya worked at CA Technologies from September 2009 to September 2015, where contributions included designing features for CA PPM integration and developing various capabilities within the product development team. Earlier experience at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Systems Engineer involved participation in multiple projects. Chaitanya holds an Advanced Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad.
