Mark Sims

Mark Sims is a seasoned professional in network and operations with extensive experience in technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Network and Operations Technical Specialist at Arctic Wolf since July 2017, Mark has also held positions as Technical Lead in Security Services and Security Engineer within the same company. Prior to Arctic Wolf, Mark worked at eSentire Inc. for six years as a Technical Team Lead, where responsibilities included monitoring corporate network traffic, ensuring security, and providing excellent client communication while training new analysts. Mark's early career includes a placement as a Jr. Network Administrator at Culliton Brothers Limited and educational background in Network Administration from Conestoga College, complemented by attendance at Glenview Park Secondary School.
