Steven Kopp has extensive work experience in the field of IT and network administration. Steven started their career at Rimage in 2007 as a Technical Support Technician, where they provided assistance for software, hardware, and networking setups. Steven then moved on to Sybaritic, Inc. in 2009, working as an IT helpdesk personnel, supporting internal and external users with IT issues.

In 2011, Steven joined Zinpro Corporation as an IT Network/Support Specialist, where they assisted in network engineering duties, managed new user setup, and led small network installation projects. Steven later took on the role of Network Engineer, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Cisco/Meraki networking systems across multiple countries.

After a successful tenure at Zinpro Corporation, Steven joined WSB & Associates, Inc. in 2018 as a Senior Network Administrator. Steven was responsible for managing network infrastructure and providing network support.

Currently, Steven is working at Arctic Wolf since 2020, initially as a Professional Services Engineer - Customer Success, and now as a Principal Professional Services Engineer. Steven is involved in customer success and providing professional services related to their systems.

Throughout their career, Steven has demonstrated expertise in network administration, troubleshooting, project management, and customer support.

Steven Kopp obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they graduated from Minneapolis Business College with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Network Management in 2005-2006. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Meraki Network Operator from Cisco Meraki in 2017, and obtained a Cisco CCNA certification from Cisco in April 2014.
