Trisha Farrow

Trisha Farrow has a diverse and extensive work experience. Trisha is currently an Executive Board Member at The Sanneh Foundation starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Arctic Wolf, including Vice President, People, and Director, People, from 2021 to present. Trisha also served as a Board Member at Healing Haiti from 2020 to 2022, where they contributed to improving the lives of impoverished people in Haiti. Trisha volunteered as a Legislative Affairs Team Volunteer at Twin Cities Society for Human Resource Management from 2021 to 2021. Trisha's earlier experience includes roles at Versique Search & Consulting, Lifetouch, Braun Intertec Corporation, Cargill, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Braun Intertec Corporation. Their roles ranged from Managing Director, Client Partnerships to Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager.

Trisha Farrow holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Psychology at Western Colorado University from 2002 to 2005. Trisha also attended St. Cloud State University in 2001 and Hopkins High School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Achieve Global Management Training, PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and Voices 360.
