Ivan Zvonarev has been working in the game design industry since 2014. Ivan began as a freelance game designer for Deus Craft, Herocraft, and Goblinz, where they balanced units and spells for a MOBA/CCG hybrid, designed puzzles for a HOG, and developed a combat system and balanced a weapon set for a multiplayer FPS. In 2015, Ivan began working for Nival as a game designer, where they defined a new core loop for the game, designed a new gameplay mode with rules and objectives, and designed a set of features for tactical combat. In 2017, Ivan moved to Pixonic, where they began as a core gameplay balance and content specialist. Ivan then shifted to a lead position on the project and worked with in-game economy, meta-features, and analytics. In 2022, Ivan moved to Arctic7 as a Senior Game Designer.
Ivan Zvonarev obtained their Bachelor of Applied Math degree from Volgograd State University between 2006 and 2013, with a focus on Mathematical Modelling.
