Lyubov Vozhakina

Lyubov Vozhakina has been working in the Human Resources field since 2010. Lyubov began their career as an HR Administrative Assistant at British American Tobacco in 2010, followed by an Administrative Coordinator role at Philip Morris International in 2011. In 2012, they began working at Aquaart as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for top and international recruitment, talent management, strategic and organizational development, HR-branding, and corporate culture support. In 2015, Lyubov began working at Sperasoft, where they held various roles including Senior Resource Manager, Art Manager, HR Lead, and Talent Development Specialist. In 2020, they began working at Playrix as a Project Manager, managing a project team of 100+ people and creating one of the company's most famous and profitable projects, Gardenscapes. Most recently, Lyubov began working at Arctic7 in 2021 as the Director of Global HR.

Lyubov Vozhakina attended Saint-Petersburg State University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics.
