Sally Cullen

Sally Cullen has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a mum in 2006. In 2009, they joined CBRE as an International HR Lead and HR Business Partner EMEA. Sally then moved on to Staples in 2014 as an Interim HR Project Manager, followed by JUST EAT in 2015 as an Interim International HR Business Partner. In 2016, they joined Landsec as an Interim HR Business Partner and in 2017, they were People Director at Matthew Clark. In 2018, they became a Senior Partner at McLean HR Limited and in 2020, they were Head of People at Panmure Gordon & Co. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Chief People Officer at Arctoris, a tech-enabled drug discovery company headquartered in Oxford and Boston.

Sally Cullen attended Robert Gordon University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Policy & Management with a 2:1. Sally then attended the University of South Wales from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a PG Dip in HR & Development.
