Beau Norton is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in biotechnology, military operations, and government contracting. Currently employed by ARCTOS, Beau leads a team focused on innovative biotechnology projects for the Air Force Research Laboratory. With a solid background in managing significant government contracts at Biomason, including partnerships with DARPA and the Air Force, Beau has demonstrated expertise in project management and technical leadership. Previous roles include serving as Chief of the Civil Military Operations Center for the United States Army Reserve, managing teams in various capacities within the U.S. Army, and contributing to STEM education as a middle school science teacher. Beau holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Carson-Newman University and has accumulated a wealth of leadership experience throughout a military career that began in 2004.
