ARCTRUST
Ben Etter, CPA has worked for several companies throughout their career. Ben began their career in 2011 as a Senior Auditor at WeiserMazars LLP. After working there for four years, they moved on to Clarion Partners as a Portfolio Accountant. In 2017, they started working as a Fund Accountant at HPS Investment Partners, LLC. Ben worked there for three years, until they joined ARCTRUST in 2020. At ARCTRUST, they held two positions, the first as a Manager of Financial Reporting, which lasted for a year, and then they were promoted to Controller of ARCTRUST III, Inc., a role they currently hold.
Ben Etter, CPA graduated from Penn State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Ben later received a Master's degree in Accounting from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business in 2011. Ben obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification in April 2016.
ARCTRUST
ARCTRUST is a private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that specializes in the development, acquisition, financing and joint-venture of Net Lease Properties. The company’s geographic focus is in the New York to Washington DC corridor and Florida, although the company is also active in other metropolitan areas nationwide that have internationalairports. Net Lease Properties are single tenant buildings leased long term to nationally recognized tenants.
