Legal Team

The Legal Team at ARCTRUST, consisting of the Associate General Counsel, General Counsel, and Real Estate Counsel, is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company’s real estate transactions. This includes managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating joint ventures, and addressing any legal disputes that arise during the development, acquisition, and financing of Net Lease Properties.
