Ashley L Rose

Ashley L. Rose, Esq. (Baelz) has worked as an Associate General Counsel at ARCTRUST since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate at Sandelands Eyet LLP from May 2018 to December 2019 and at Stern Lavinthal & Frankenberg, LLC from February 2013 to May 2018. Ashley also worked as an Associate at Knuckles, Komosinski & Manfro LLP from April 2015 to November 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Bank of America Independent Foreclosure Claims Review Analyst and Level III Consultant at DYSYS, LLC from August 2012 to January 2013, and as a Legal Intern at The Legal Aid Society from January 2012 to May 2012. Ashley also served as a Judicial Intern for Honorable Morris Stern in the United States Bankruptcy Court from October 2011 to May 2012 and for Honorable Joseph Isabella in the Superior Court of NJ from May 2011 to August 2011 and again from May 2010 to August 2010. Ashley started their legal career as a Bankruptcy Paralegal at the Law Offices of Scott E. Tanne from September 2009 to March 2011.

Ashley L. Rose, Esq. (Baelz) earned their HS Diploma from Wilmington Friends School in 2002. In 2006, they completed their BA in Political Science/History from Drew University. Later, they went on to attend New York Law School and attained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in 2012.
