Cindy Fisher

Cindy Fisher serves as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Arcturus Therapeutics since April 2021, having previously held positions including Executive Director and Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Regulatory Affairs at Helixmith Co., Ltd. and Vical Incorporated from 2003 to 2019. Cindy’s expertise encompasses regulatory strategy for plasmid DNA vaccines and novel antifungal drugs, managing project submissions such as INDs and orphan drug applications, and liaising with regulatory agencies. Academic credentials include a PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from UCLA.
