Matt Donnelly

Matt Donnelly has a diverse work history with experience in supply chain management, consulting, and industrial engineering. Matt is currently the Vice President and Head of Supply Chain at Arcus Biosciences, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, from 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Principal Consultant at MJD BioPharma Consulting. From 2018 to 2022, Matt served as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at BeiGene. Matt also had a significant tenure at Genentech, starting in 2005. Their roles at Genentech included Head of North America Regional Planning, Global Head of Clinical Supply Chain, Director of Clinical Supply Chain, Associate Director of SSF Drug Substance Scheduling & Logistics, Associate Director of SSF Production Operational Excellence, Associate Director of Biochem Operational Excellence, and Senior Manager of Operational Excellence in the Product Operations Organization. Matt began their career as a Senior Project Manager at Tefen USA from 2002 to 2005. Matt also worked as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Intel from 1992 to 1998.

Matt Donnelly has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Matt also holds an MBA from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, with a focus on Marketing and Information Systems.
