Mike Forrest

Mike Forrest has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and communications. Mike currently holds the position of Head of Marketing and Digital at Arcus FM since March 2023, where they previously served as the Head of Marketing and Communications from October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Communications Specialist at Wolseley UK from March 2020 to July 2021. Mike also has experience at Antalis, where they served as the Head of Communications from March 2018 to March 2020, and as the Internal Communications Manager from September 2017 to February 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Internal and Change Communications Consultant at Igneous Communications Ltd from October 2016 to August 2017, providing services to NFU Mutual Insurance Society. Before that, they worked at NFU Mutual, holding the position of Internal Communications Specialist from December 2013 to September 2016. Mike began their career at the Legal Ombudsman, where they served as an Internal Communications Officer from January 2011 to September 2013, and as an Assessor from August 2010 to January 2011.

Mike Forrest pursued higher education in the field of law. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Coventry University where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. Following this, they furthered their studies at the same institution from 2008 to 2009 and completed a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a specialization in Employment Law.
