Kostyantyn Strilets

Kostyantyn Strilets is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in renewable energy and power systems. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at ARDA Power since January 2012, Kostyantyn has led the design of technological roadmaps, developed Microgrid systems for electric vehicle charging, and contributed to business development efforts. Prior roles include Product Manager and Senior Developer at ARDA Power, as well as Group Leader at Satcon Technology Corporation, where Kostyantyn managed product lines of grid-tied PV inverters. Earlier experience includes positions at Control System Innovators Corp., K and S Services, Siemens AG, and Siemens Ukraine, where Kostyantyn was involved in various electrical engineering projects. Kostyantyn holds a Specialist degree in Electrical Systems and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Donetsk National Technical University, Ukraine.
