Alejandro Atehortua

Alejandro Atehortua, SPHR, currently serves as the Area Human Resources Manager at Ardagh Group since September 2021, where responsibilities include aligning HR objectives with strategic goals and supporting plant personnel in various HR functions. Previously, Alejandro held the position of Human Resources Manager at Speedway LLC from June 2016 to September 2021, managing employee relations and recruitment. Earlier experience includes a role as Field HR at Sunoco, focusing on talent acquisition and performance appraisal systems, as well as serving as a Regional HR Generalist at Speedway LLC and holding multiple HR-related positions at Hess Corporation. Alejandro earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Universidad EAFIT from 1996 to 2002.
