Andrew Chan

Andrew Chan is a seasoned HR technology professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Sr Manager of HR Technology at Ardagh Group, Andrew leads a team managing core HCM, Learning, and UX within a global environment. Previous roles include People Technology Director at Wildlife Studios, where Andrew established a People Technology team, and HXM Solution Architect at HR Path, where Andrew managed a team focused on SF Employee Central. Earlier positions include consulting roles in HR technology implementations at various organizations, including General Mills and Accenture. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago and a Certificate in Strategic Talent and Organizational Design from the University of Chicago.
