Beki Ferguson

Beki Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Beki most recently worked at Ardagh Group as the Director of Compensation and Benefits since January 2023. Prior to that, Beki spent a significant portion of their career at MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc., where they held multiple roles including Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations from June 2018 to January 2023. Beki also served as the Regional Human Resources Manager from June 2016 to June 2018, Senior Human Resources Business Partner from June 2013 to June 2016, and Human Resources Business Partner from March 2012 to June 2013. Beki started their career at Target as a Human Resources Representative from February 2006 to October 2006. Beki also gained experience at UPS, working in various positions from February 2002 to July 2005.

Beki Ferguson holds a SPHR certification from HRCI. Beki also completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources Management from Indiana University Indianapolis. Additionally, they attended Lawrence Central High School.
