Currently serving as the UK Technical Training Manager at Ardagh Group since September 2022, Carl previously held positions such as Advanced Technical Trainer at Reaseheath College and Engineering Compliance Supervisor at RMS, where the focus was on workforce skill development and training delivery. Carl's background includes managing apprenticeship programs in the agricultural engineering sector for major UK manufacturers at Reaseheath College and overseeing over 100 apprentices as Apprentice Scheme Manager at JCB.
