Joseph Schumacher

Joseph Schumacher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior People Development Manager and Director of Organizational Development and Training at Ardagh Group since December 2014, Joseph has a proven track record of successfully implementing training programs and quality initiatives across multiple companies. Prior roles include Vice President of Quality and Vice President of Process Improvement Quality at Strategic Materials, where significant achievements included the development of a web-based training package and leading Six Sigma initiatives that resulted in notable improvements in quality and cost reduction. Earlier positions include Director of Training and Employee Development at Wood-Mode INC and Anchor Glass, where management of large training teams and budgets was a focus.
