Matthew Bialczak

Matthew Bialczak is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing complex network and infrastructure systems across various industries. Currently serving as Global IT Manager for Hosting & Provisioning at Ardagh Group since March 2020, Matthew oversees the SAP Basis support environment, enterprise applications infrastructure, and datacenter facilities. Prior to this role, Matthew held several key positions at Shure Incorporated, where responsibilities included daily network operations and security management, and at Ingredion Incorporated, where a series of promotions led to leadership roles in networks, telecommunications, and technical operations management. Matthew's career also includes experience as Network Manager at Schiff Hardin & Waite and Network Project Manager at Zurich Kemper Investments. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Telecommunications from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
