Fran Tew is currently the Chief of Staff Europe at Ardea Partners, where they have served since 2024, following their role as Executive Director in Investment Banking. Fran gained valuable experience as a Financial Analyst Intern at Tate & Lyle in 2014, and later worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2017 to 2019. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, where they were also a Student-Athlete Scholar, and participated in the Stanford BING Overseas Program in Madrid. Additionally, Fran served as a Business Development Associate for Stanford Women in Business from 2014 to 2015.
