Hernán MacHado

Hernán Machado is an Investment Banking Associate at Ardea Partners since September 2022, specializing in the insurance sector following a role as an Investment Banking Analyst with a focus on insurance. Prior to this, Hernán gained experience at Citi as an Investment Banking Analyst in Financial Institutions Group, concentrating on insurance and asset management. Additional experience includes a position as an SEO Success Fellow, where Hernán worked in alternative investments and investment banking. Early career involvement included research as a Biochemistry Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Hernán holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Iowa State University and graduated from Centro Residencial de Oportunidades Educativas de Mayaguez with a high school diploma.
