Victor Cesar Vargas

Victor Cesar Vargas is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in engineering, business development, and education. Currently serving as the MSc. Programmes Team Leader and Academic Senior Lecturer at Arden University since August 2020, Victor also contributes to various schools within the university, including Supply Chain, Logistics and Project Management, Computing, and Business & Management. In addition, Victor is an Associate Member of Cheeky Scientist, focusing on helping academics transition to industry roles. Previous experiences include roles at Deutsche Bahn, where Victor specialized in digitalization and product management, and Lab-on-Fiber GmbH as Product Business Development Manager & CFO. With a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Victor has a strong educational background, complemented by numerous certifications and postgraduate diplomas in innovation, project management, and design thinking from prestigious institutions.
