Nick Parr Mrics

Nick Parr MRICS is a Principal Surveyor at Ardent, focusing on valuing real assets such as wind and solar within the compensation directorate. Prior to their current role, Nick worked as a Senior Surveyor at Valuation Office Agency, providing valuation advice to various sectors in Scotland. Nick started their career as a Graduate Surveyor, where Nick gained MRICS status in November 2020 after completing the RICS accredited training programme. Nick also has experience as a Student Surveyor at Graham + Sibbald, where Nick worked in Residential and Lease Consultancy departments. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Glasgow Caledonian University.
