Tom Hacker

Tom Hacker has over 10 years of experience in transportation planning and management. Tom is currently the Senior Director and Head of Planning & Engagement at Ardent. Previously, they held various leadership roles at WSP in the UK, including Deputy Operational Lead for Transport Planning (Midlands, North of England, and Scotland), Head of Transport Planning - Leeds, Transport People Lead (North East & Scotland), Public Sector Team Leader, and Associate. Tom also served as the Director at BUS RAPID TRANSIT UK and as a Project Advisor at West Yorkshire Combined Authority. Tom started their career as a Senior Consultant at Travel Plan Services Ltd.
