Tom also served as the Director at BUS RAPID TRANSIT UK and as a Project Advisor at West Yorkshire Combined Authority. Tom started their career as a Senior Consultant at Travel Plan Services Ltd. Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated their expertise in project and program management, transport assessments, behavioral change initiatives, and travel planning implementation. Tom is well-known for their valuable contributions and has received recognition from their peers and senior management.
Tom Hacker attended Northumbria University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Philosophy. In addition to their degree, Tom also has certifications including a Certificate of Professional Development from The Consultation Institute (tCI) and a Project Management: Foundation Course certification from PRINCE2.com.
