Jennifer Pensa

Jennifer Pensa has held various roles throughout their work experience. Jennifer currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Ardent Credit Union since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Equity National Title & Closing from August 2021 to July 2022. From October 2020 to August 2021, they were the Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer at Chelsea Groton Bank. Jennifer also previously served as the Executive Vice President, Director of Operations and Technology, and Senior Vice President, Director of Operations and Technology at Chelsea Groton Bank from January 2020 to August 2021 and from April 2018 to August 2021, respectively. Before joining Chelsea Groton Bank, they were the Vice President of Contact Center at WSFS Bank from May 2015 to March 2018. Prior to that, they held roles at Guilford Savings Bank, including Vice President, Senior Operations Officer from February 2014 to May 2015, and AVP, Branch Administration Officer from October 2008 to January 2014. Additionally, they served as the Director at Guilford CT Chamber of Commerce from 2007 to 2008. Overall, Jennifer Pensa has extensive experience in various leadership positions within the banking and finance industry.

Jennifer Pensa obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences and Education from Penn State University from 1989 to 1992. Later, they pursued further education at the Connecticut School of Finance and Management from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Management and Leadership.
