Ryan Millendez

Ryan Millendez is a seasoned financial and budget analyst with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Budget and Financial Analyst IV for both the Institute for Telecommunication Sciences and Ardent Eagle Solutions since December 2021, Ryan also held previous roles including a Graduate Student Consultant at Eco-Products and a Procurement Analyst Intern at the University of Colorado. Prior to these positions, Ryan worked as a Fiscal and Policy Analyst at the California Legislative Analyst's Office, among other consulting roles. Ryan's academic background includes an MBA and an MS in Supply Chain Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
