Caitlin Levesque, SPHR has over 10 years of experience in human resources. Caitlin most recently worked at Ardent as the Director of People Operations, where they were responsible for managing employee experiences and overseeing HR operations. Prior to that, Caitlin was a Senior HR Manager at Brand USA, where they played a key role in HR strategies and management. Caitlin also gained experience at the Institute of International Education as a Senior HR Operations Specialist and Associate HR Partner. Earlier in their career, Caitlin worked at LivingSocial as an HR Program Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO, and at Food & Water Watch as an HR Administrative Assistant.
Caitlin Levesque, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Caitlin'sarea of focus during their undergraduate studies included American Studies, History, and Political Science.
In addition to their degree, Caitlin Levesque has obtained two certifications related to human resources. In June 2014, they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) after completing the certification program offered by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Later, in March 2017, they obtained the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the same institution.
