Maite Taylor

Maite Taylor has extensive experience in the field of HR, with a focus on developing and implementing HR programs. Maite has worked for various companies, including Cambium Learning Group, Rosetta Stone, RR Donnelley, and Banta. Their most recent role was as the Director of People Operations & Benefits at Cambium Learning Group, where they were responsible for managing teams and overseeing various HR functions such as benefits, leave administration, and compliance. Prior to that, they held roles as a Sr. Manager and Manager of People Operations at the same company. At Rosetta Stone, Maite worked as a Manager of People Operations and Manager of Global Benefits & Leave, where they were involved in implementing HR programs and managing benefit programs for employees globally. Before that, they gained experience at RR Donnelley as an HR Generalist and at Banta as an HR Representative.

Maite Taylor completed their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in General Studies at Blue Ridge Community College from 2000 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at James Madison University from 2003 to 2005.
