Jenny Taylor is an accomplished professional in client engagement and program management, currently serving as the Director of Client Engagement at Ardent since December 2020. Previously, Jenny held the position of Senior Program Manager at Precision Dynamics International, where management of a $6 million national automotive training initiative was a key responsibility. Jenny’s extensive experience includes various roles at DCI-Artform, such as Nissan Program Manager and Senior Account Manager, where the oversight of vendor performance and a cross-functional team was essential. Prior roles also encompass significant contributions at Mars as National Account Manager, Saturn as an Automotive Field Representative, and Electronic Data Systems as a Customer Service/Training Specialist. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
