Melissa Vernon

Melissa Vernon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and client engagement. Currently serving as Director of Client Dashboard and Director of Client Engagement at Climate Impact Partners since March 2018, Melissa has successfully launched digital tools for clients and managed global teams to enhance climate action outcomes. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Global Client Engagement and Director of Client Engagement at Natural Capital Partners, where Melissa provided industry-leading services. Previous positions include Sustainability Career Consultant at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and Director of Sustainable Strategy at Interface, where leadership in sustainable practices was advanced. Melissa holds an MBA in Sustainable Business and a Master's in Environmental Policy & Behavior from the University of Michigan, along with a BS in Marine Biology from Duke University.
