Allena Sears is an experienced IT professional with a background in managing and delivering complex projects within the realm of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Currently serving as the IT Delivery Manager at Ardent Mills since September 2020, Allena leads ERP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while mitigating risks.
