Bart also held the position of Manager of Laboratories and Technical Service at Amber Milling/Harvest States Milling from September 1995 to January 2002, overseeing technical services and laboratory operations for wheat and durum. Bart's career began at ConAgra Flour Milling, where from January 1985 to September 1995, Bart held various lab management and scheduling roles across multiple locations. Bart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Milling Science and Management with a Chemistry Option from Kansas State University, along with additional education from the American Institute of Baking and various high schools.
