Bart Bender

Bart Bender has extensive experience in the milling industry, currently serving as the Senior Technical Service Manager at Ardent Mills since July 2014, specializing in wheat flour, durum, gluten-free, and keto-friendly products. Prior to this role, Bart worked at Horizon Milling LLC from January 2002 to July 2014 in technical service focused on wheat and durum flour. Bart also held the position of Manager of Laboratories and Technical Service at Amber Milling/Harvest States Milling from September 1995 to January 2002, overseeing technical services and laboratory operations for wheat and durum. Bart's career began at ConAgra Flour Milling, where from January 1985 to September 1995, Bart held various lab management and scheduling roles across multiple locations. Bart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Milling Science and Management with a Chemistry Option from Kansas State University, along with additional education from the American Institute of Baking and various high schools.
