Brea Spann

Brea Spann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retirement and benefits analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Retirement & Benefits Analyst at Ardent Mills since February 2020, Brea previously held roles at Alvarez & Marsal, where responsibilities included conducting nondiscrimination testing and preparing employee benefit plan returns, and Willis Towers Watson, where Brea acted as a subject matter expert for defined benefit calculations. Brea's career in photography as a Professional Photographer at Laughing Sun Photography has spanned over 17 years. Brea holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Economics, graduating cum laude from The University of New Mexico, along with an Associate of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Tulsa Community College.
