Heather Dumas

Heather Dumas serves as the Chief People Officer at Ardent Mills since September 2021 and is a current member of Chief, a network for empowering women in leadership. Dumas has an extensive background in human resources, having held roles such as SVP Human Resources/CHRO at Air Methods and Senior Vice President at Gates Corporation, along with various positions in compensation and benefits management at organizations including Farmland Foods and Ferrellgas. Dumas holds an MBA in Operations and Healthcare Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from The University of New Mexico.
